UVSC 2018 Year End Report (authored by BJ) It was a year of gradual but distinct growth for us. We gained one regular member in Gabe for several months before he relocated, and many other interested players found us from our weekly mention in the newspaper. Numerous other players visited us from afar as well, resulting in a total of 570 recorded games by 27 players. That's nearly 100 more games than any other year, and ten more players than any other year. We played our 200th overall session on October 15th--it's hard to believe we've had that many! A total of 1626 bingos were played (a big jump from the 1178 last year), 597 of which were 8-letter bingos, and eight of which were 9-letter bingos. Player statistics for the year are attached below for the eighteen players who attended at least two sessions in 2018. For high plays, our records are not rigorous and thus some of the entries are left blank. (And yes, Mike and David both had the same exact high non-bingo word and score!)
